The client was a worldwide technology company.
Our goal is to determine consumer thoughts, ideas and factors that surround purchase behaviours of technology protection plans/device care plans.
We designed a research program wherein we seek to interview qualified Gastroenterologists from our partner’s proprietary medical database.
The United Kingdom, South Korea, Germany, and Thailand.
Sample Size Targeted
The respondents must own specific brands of products, with some currently using protection plans, some who have used but later cancelled protection plans, and some who have never purchased a protection plan(s).
