business at Market Xcel, Vishal is responsible for directing both
the company's marketing and business development efforts. Vishal
works directly with Market Xcel’s existing and prospective clients
in a consultative role to understand their needs and provide them
with a customized research solution designed to deliver actionable
information and drive effective business and organizational
decisions. He is also responsible for a portfolio of global client
relationships ensuring best global practices are followed. His
reciprocities have led us to satisfied clients translating to repeat
business. With his over 12 years experience in managing business
& client servicing he has built an extensive network of clients
not only in India but also in Asia and across the
globe.
Ashwani Arora
has over 13 years of experience in the Indian Market
Research Industry and one of the leaders in Market Xcel. Ashwani has
worked at many of the leading Market Research agencies in India
including IMRB and Greenfield Online Research. He has great
abilities within the entire Market Research domain, right from
client relationship management and research designs, to data
processing and business interpretation of analyzed data. He is one
of the best when it comes to making practical data driven
interpretations using sparse market data. Ashwani has managed large
multi location studies and also handled diverse’ clients across
multiple sectors. Ashwani holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from a
leading university of India.
Manish Narang
Co-founder and looks after the Operations at Market Xcel, Manish is responsible for all operational activity at market xcel. He has the 12 years of total experience of operations in Market Research industry. With his core experience and strengths he ensure the smooth deliveries to the client.

Alwin N Samuel
began his Marketing Research career in 1997.
He is designated head for Mumbai, shoulders the responsibility for
Mumbai and meets the research needs of the client in western &
southern region. He develops a thorough understanding of each of our
client's backgrounds, research needs, and objectives to ensure each
research study meets our client's needs. Alwin works closely with
Ashwani, and others on the analysis team to develop research
methodologies that speak to our client's research goals. Adept at
both qualitative and quantitative methods, Alwin then designs the
research plan of each study, and conducts detailed analyses of the
resulting data. After analyzing the data, he prepares a report of
the findings, including recommendations, for our
clients.
Paramjeet Singh-Director Research
With his years of research experience and rich academic background Paramjeet brings a lot of value to the research team in Market Xcel. His experience is across wide variety of industries which include Finance, Hospitality & Social. He holds a Master Degree in Economics. He started his career as a lecturer in Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi where he taught Micro and Macroeconomics. He provides technical in-country support on the projects, ensuring smooth coordination and deliveries to client. Prior to join Market Xcel he has worked with Voice & IIPM.
Gaurav Srivastava
is a marketing research professional with
close to 7 years of experience in Market Research Consultancy,
project and strategic management. Started carrier as a management
faculty, currently takes the functional responsibility of Desk
Research along with playing lead role in the Quantitative domain.
Some of the key tasks handled including synchronization of project
briefs into actionable results, designing research instruments,
sampling, data mining, data analysis and secondary
research.
Ghanshyam Maurya
heads southern region of Market Xcel operations, and responsible for all operations activities in Southern India. With his core experience of more than 15 years in market research he brings value in terms of overcoming language barriers and making people work within Market Xcel culture. Ghanshyam joined Market Xcel in year 2002 and prior to Market Xcel he has worked with companies like HLL, ORG-MARG and TNS India.
Kapil Narang – Manager Client Servicing
Kapil is a live and moving human computer who just doesn’t forgets to forget anything. His role is to create new accounts and is responsible to service Key and Major data collections accounts for Market Xcel. He also works closely with operations team in strategizing and implementing the studies on ground and remains the key contact for the clients he is responsible for. Kapil has a experience of over 14 years in the industry and is one of the early members of Market Xcel .
Surinder Ahlluwalia - Manager Client Servicing
Surinder has 17 years of experience in market research and prior to join Market Xcel he has worked with Genisis Research, Research International India, IMRB, Indica Research, Synovate and Iris India. He is second important member of Client servicing team. His role is to identify new opportunities that exist in the market today, Business Development is his key roles and client servicing comes so naturally to him.
